RAC Roofing & Cladding Specialist Ltd have just completed the Teal House project in Uxbridge for Apex Contractors Ltd from Kent.
The architect wanted to use a material that was close in colour to the RAL number of the window frames so we suggested using the VM Zinc Pigmento Blue, this was the best choice and both the client and architect are over the moon with the results.
The standing seam cladding to the lobby wall was installed to the architects random pattern which is a popular choice these days. For the panels between the window frames interlocking reveal panels were chosen, these were fabricated to the exact sizes off site by Belfry Façade Systems Ltd before our team of installers fitted them.
RAC also installed the ventilated ply substrate for the lobby wall and the helping hand system for the reveal panels with all works carried out from a cherry picker and tower scaffold.
The striking colour of the VM Zinc Pigmento Blue has given this old office block entrance area a more modern look and with it being maintenance free a look that will last for many years to come!
